In this hybrid role at Roche, you design, build, and operate resilient infrastructure with a 50/50 split between traditional engineering and automation. You implement trusted backup solutions on‑premises or in the cloud, and apply DevOps practices to create test‑driven infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This position offers a meaningful impact on general healthcare delivery through reliable, scalable IT infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to influence technical direction and deliver secure, automated solutions.

• Design, build, test, and implement integrated backup infrastructure (on‑prem or cloud)




• Address challenging technical problems and provide proactive operational support
• Ensure solutions comply with Quality and Regulatory standards
• Design and implement test‑driven infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code and orchestration systems
• Document designs, patterns, and automated components
• Evaluate new technologies via PoCs and assess feasibility
• Act as technical consultant to stakeholders and xqbhyrx lead key deliverables
Responsabilidades
• 3–6 years of relevant experience or 1–3 years with a Master’s degree
• DevOps experience and ability to solve a broad range of technical problems
• Experience designing, building, testing, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
• Experience representing workgroups on projects and potentially leading small teams or mentoring
