As Director Procurement EMEA, you lead procurement performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to drive sustainable savings and value. You define and execute cross-EMEA category strategies, align with business units, and scale standard processes to boost efficiency. You champion digital, AI-driven procurement solutions and advanced analytics to transform decision-making and supplier performance at scale. You build high-performing, cross-country teams and foster collaboration across Finance, Operations and Digital to deliver measurable value. This role offers a strategic, transformation-focused leadership opportunity at a global industrial player steering sustainability and growth.

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years in Procurement and Supply Chain leadership with large-scale transformations
• Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement performance management xqbhyrx
• Experience implementing AI-enabled procurement processes, advanced analytics, and digital procurement platforms with measurable impact
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership
• Extensive experience with digital procurement platforms, analytics, and automation
• Led large organizations (50+ employees) with accountability for business performance and cross-country leadership
• Pragmatic, results-oriented leadership with ownership and accountability
