Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC's objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have tools, resources, and support to achieve goals
• Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide insights to improve success
• Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the ecosystem

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of full-sales cycle outbound partner or field sales within large enterprise software
• Experience in Sales Professional, Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant roles in technology/software
• Strong relationship-building skills for engaging and supporting partners
• Technical xqbhyrx foundation in orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data
• Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Results-driven with ability to analyze data for strategic decisions
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication with cross-functional teams and partners
