As Global Talent Management Partner, you guide senior stakeholders and Talent Advisors to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies. You will influence succession and internal mobility while enabling governance and scalable talent discussions. You’ll collaborate with Group and operating entities to build pipelines and champion talent marketplaces, leveraging AI to improve processes. This role sits at the intersection of People u0026amp; Culture and business leadership, shaping high-impact talent outcomes across Allianz Technology.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with business leaders and Talent Advisors to translate priorities into talent strategies
• Drive proactive succession planning with clear internal and external options
• Prepare and enable talent discussions across executive and non-executive populations
• Coach internal talents to unlock internal mobility across functions and regions




• Build pipelines with Allianz groups and external search colleagues; champion marketplace practices
• Leverage AI to re-imagine talent processes and improve experience, efficiency, and quality
• Establish global standards, frameworks, and toolkits for consistent talent processes
• Govern and monitor key group practices and KPIs for Allianz Technology
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Talent Management/Development/Talent Acquisition/People u0026 Culture in a multinational environment
• hands-on experience delivering executive pipelines, succession xqbhyrx planning, and internal mobility
• ability to manage confidential executive placements with discretion
• strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels
• data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into action
