In this role you act as a technical bridge between operations and Engineering to resolve Tier-2 issues and prevent recurrence. You’ll work with backend/frontend squads and leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows. The position offers deep exposure to system architecture and DevOps-style tasks from Valencia, with a focus on reliability and automation. You’ll help translate complex behaviors into clear docs and contribute to an innovative fintech platform.

• Triage and resolve Tier-2 internal application bugs by analyzing code, logs, and data flows
• Collaborate with core backend/frontend squads to isolate Tier-3 issues and support database changes




• Develop and apply AI-driven automation to scripts and workflows to improve efficiency
• Create clear technical documentation for Tier-1 teams and internal alignment
Responsabilidades
• 1–5 years in software development or technical application support
• Ability to read code and navigate databases
• Proficiency with or interest in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React; experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and xqbhyrx RabbitMQ preferred
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration
• AI curiosity and ability to experiment with automation tools
