As Lead Test Framework Architect, you will drive AI-assisted testing across Agilent’s Kubernetes-based software platform, ensuring safe delivery in regulated environments. You will design and govern AI-enabled test frameworks, integrate enterprise tooling, and establish risk-based control gates for AI-generated artifacts. You will lead cross-team adoption, build reusable reference implementations, and maintain auditability and traceability to support compliant software verification.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead AI SDLC adoption for quality engineering and scale it across product teams
• Create AI-native test frameworks generating unit, contract, integration, and E2E suites from specifications
• Integrate Copilot, Qodo, Diffblue, Playwright AI agents, and self-healing frameworks into CI/CD gates
• Develop evaluation/regression frameworks for AI capabilities: non-deterministic evaluation, hallucination scoring, drift detection, AI observability
• Bridge regulatory requirements (CSA, GAMP 5, ISPE GAMP AI Guide, IEC 62304) with AI testing, preserving audit trails and data integrity




• Define platform-wide test architecture standards for Kubernetes-based microservices (testability-by-design, env-as-code, CI/CD gates, contract testing, test data strategy)
• Instrument and report impact using DORA metrics augmented with AI-specific measures; drive durable adoption through champions and playbooks
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years in test architecture/quality engineering architecture
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
• Deep Kubernetes expertise for test environments (ephemeral namespaces, container-based infra)
• Experience designing multi-level test xqbhyrx automation (unit, contract, integration, E2E, performance)
• CI/CD pipeline architecture and quality gate integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Contract testing experience (Pact or similar) for microservices/API-first
• Proven ability to deliver reusable test frameworks across product teams
• Knowledge of testability-by-design and influencing architecture for testability
• Experience leading adoption/change with measurable outcomes
