In this role you will design and configure Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma MES to support Sanofi’s general manufacturing core model. You will align local configurations with corporate standards, coordinate with product owners and site teams, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across multiple plants. You’ll drive efficient processes, troubleshoot issues, and lead on-time delivery of high-quality MES configurations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the heart of digital manufacturing and transformation at Sanofi.

• Translate business requirements into scalable MES configurations and multi-site use cases
• Maximize customer satisfaction while controlling build and maintenance costs and risks
• Lead end-to-end business process analysis including ERP, shopfloor systems, labelling, and mobile tech integrations
• Provide functional and technical support across the solution lifecycle and at site modeler reviews
• Conduct MBR reviews, Incident management, and preventive/corrective actions




• Ensure core solutions are deployed per best practices and GxP validation
• Define and monitor performance and quality indicators for service delivery
• Ensure Platform Management rules (Release management, documentation, testing) are understood and applied
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and on-site training with manufacturing sites
• Stay current with digital industry practices and contribute to standards maintenance
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, MES experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma
• Strong MES xqbhyrx knowledge: Master Batch Record and Review by Exception processes
• Pharma manufacturing process knowledge and GxP context
• Experience with integration to ERP, shopfloor systems, automation layers
• Project management experience is a plus
• Engineering degree or related field
• Fluent English; other languages a plus
