As a Senior Analyst in BCG Vantage, you will serve as a knowledge and content expert for the Topic Activation path within the TMT Practice, supporting case teams and leaders with analysis and insights. You help structure complex issues, contribute to proposals and client workshops, and help develop proprietary assets. You will collaborate across a general team, onboard and train junior colleagues, and drive IP development. This role suits you if you enjoy solving diverse problems, working with cross-functional teams, and applying AI-enabled tooling to boost productivity. You’ll contribute to transformative client impact at a leading strategy and technology firm.

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of consulting experience in Enterprise Software/B2B SaaS (preferred)
• In lieu of consulting, 3+ years in industry; 4–6+ years strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced xqbhyrx degree preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms is a plus
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
