As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer at SE8, you shape technical direction for multiple platforms and oversee their full lifecycle. You will solve complex problems across domains, lead cross-functional teams, and steer critical system implementations. You’ll influence technology strategy, foster a global DevOps culture, and participate in high-level decision-making to drive enterprise-wide innovation. This role offers meaningful impact in enabling scalable, compliant IT infrastructure within a integral healthcare context.

• Set the technical direction for lifecycle management of multiple platforms and services from inception to retirement
• Design and guidance for CI/CD pipelines and self-healing strategies; lead Disaster Recovery design and execution
• Drive availability, capacity planning, and performance optimization across interrelated platforms
• Lead partnerships with developers, managers, Managed Services suppliers, and vendors; influence at senior levels
• Ensure cost, compliance, and security best practices; lead audits and remediation; manage ITSM processes

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading geo-distributed teams with mentorship and strategic guidance
• Experience applying design thinking, lean, prioritization, and agile methodologies to evolving services
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments undergoing transformational change
• Hands-on automation, xqbhyrx Infrastructure as Code (IaC), logging, monitoring, observability, scripting
• Experience with IDPs and complex CI/CD pipelines; software engineering principles and automated testing
• Experience with infrastructure internals: availability, capacity, configuration, scalability, performance, integrations
• Experience defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Knowledge in Platform/Compute/Storage, Network Management, ERP Tech Management, HPC, Datacenter, or Database Management
