As Principal Software Engineering Lead, you will steer the technical direction and delivery of the Clinical Trial Site and Investigator areas within Unified Trial Solution while remaining hands-on. You will code and review, shape architecture, and mentor a multi-squad team to build scalable digital health solutions for clinical trials. You’ll drive AI-assisted development, ensure quality and observability, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate clinical needs into robust software. This role offers meaningful impact at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and software engineering.

• Review pull requests and enforce coding quality
• Own architecture across APIs, data models, service boundaries, and infrastructure
• Write production-ready code for foundational platform components
• Mentor engineers and coach across squads
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and best practices
• Set standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment
• Integrate AI into daily workflows and evaluate AI capabilities in products
• Lead and develop a multi-squad engineering organization




• Conduct technical interviews and build leadership within teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Design, Clinical Operations, and other stakeholders
• Translate clinical and business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical input on prioritization, risk, and maintainability
• Influence product direction via data, experimentation, and engineering expertise
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery against quarterly objectives
• Foster architectural consistency and platform reuse across Unified Trial Solution
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• 3+ years xqbhyrx leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on
• Deep expertise in at least one stack: React/React Native, Node.js, Java, AWS
• Strong architectural leadership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
