In this role you will own and scale Flywire’s cloud infrastructure powering high-stakes payments and data platforms. You will set best practices for IaC, CI/CD, and platform reliability across AWS and GCP, supporting data engineering, AI initiatives, and secure, cost-aware operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable cloud environments for data tooling and streaming workloads. This is a chance to shape the foundation that enables Flywire’s global payments platform and innovation culture. You’ll join a globally distributed team and impact performance, security, and cost at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, modularize and deploy global cloud environments with Terraform across AWS and GCP
• Define and enforce SLIs/SLOs and observability to maximize uptime
• Architect and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration with Fargate




• Enable data platforms (Airflow, dbt, streaming feeds) in secure, scalable cloud environments
• Automate cloud access policies, network security and cost governance for data workloads
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps or Cloud Platform Engineering
• Master-level Terraform experience in multi-account/multi-project AWS and GCP
• Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) xqbhyrx
• Strong GitLab CI/CD and Docker skills, including Fargate
• Experience with data tooling infrastructure (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka/PubSub) and scripting (Python or Bash)
