As People Operations Advisor, you will manage day-to-day HR operations globally, ensuring compliant and efficient services. You will support contracts, documentation, data integrity and reporting, while guiding global mobility and audits. You’ll partner with the People Operations Manager and other teams to resolve requests and mitigate risks. This role offers hands-on impact across our growing workforce in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will help shape a collaborative culture that empowers employees to succeed.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Prepare, send, and maintain contracts and addendums compliant with local law
• Manage the ticketing system to respond to employee and partner requests
• Regularly report staffing issues and escalate high-risk matters to the Head of HR
• Maintain accurate HR data and absences in the HR system
• Oversee global mobility movements, contracts,



and tax considerations with the HR People Partnering team
• Conduct documentation audits for compliance with local practices and legislation
• Support background screening processes and mitigations
• Coordinate with authorities and assist audits
Responsabilidades
• Around 1 year of HR experience with advisory or administrative responsibilities
• Highly responsive, organized, and deadline-driven
• Excellent written and interpersonal English communication xqbhyrx

• Proactive, independent yet collaborative with strong teamwork
• Ability to influence senior management and build credibility
