In this role you will help shape regional health economics and market access strategies for DePuy Synthes in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will align country activities with regional priorities, drive evidence generation and value messaging, and enable country teams to secure access and reimbursement for orthopaedic solutions. You will work with Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial groups to deliver consistent, compliant tools and training. This position offers impact across multiple countries and a chance to influence payer decisions at scale.

• Support execution of regional HEMA strategies and priorities
• Collaborate with country teams to enable aligned execution
• Coordinate regional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across countries
• Support health economic analyses and real-world evidence activities




• Contribute to development and localization of value messages and access materials
• Provide hands-on HEMA support reflecting local access pathways
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
• Support deployment of HEMA tools, templates, and training materials
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, ethics, and regulatory standards
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health xqbhyrx Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in HEMA, Market Access, or related roles
• Experience in a regional or cross-country environment preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
