As a Construction (Site) Logistics Manager, you oversee end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects, ensuring materials arrive on time to support project delivery. You’ll shape logistics strategies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities to keep sites productive. Your work aligns with project phases and company goals, balancing cost, risk and schedule. This role offers impact across real assets and the opportunity to optimize on-site operations with data-driven practices.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials (steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specs and delivery timelines
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding and customs clearance
• Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases




• Implement risk mitigation strategies (buffer stock, alternative sourcing)
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery
• Maintain dashboards and reports on logistics performance
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) xqbhyrx and project management tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fluent in Spanish and strong English
• Willingness to be on-site as required
