In this role you will design and re-engineer QM/MM solutions, including mobile SAP applications, to optimize business processes across dormakaba. You will implement QM/MM in SAP, customize and document the setup, and support business partners while promoting global standards. You’ll lead workshops, manage work packages, and coordinate external resources to deliver high-quality solutions on time. This position offers global collaboration, cross-functional impact, and a path to shaping standardized ERP delivery.

• Design and re-engineer QM/MM solutions, including mobile apps via SAP Mobile Platform/FIORI to optimize business processes
• Implement QM/MM processes in SAP with customization and documentation
• Consult and support Global Process Owners, Experts, and Key Users

• Lead sub-projects and provide guidance in project management and training for key users
Responsabilidades
• QM/MM consulting experience (min. 5 years) in manufacturing/industry and logistics
• Strong knowledge of SCM processes and standards
• 2–3 global implementation projects (rollouts)
• Senior Consultant level expertise in SAP QM/MM
• Holistic view of business processes across SCM and SD/CO
• Data migrations xqbhyrx using SAP LSMW; ABAP debugging and writing program specs
• Interfaces with SAP systems (e.g., SAP EWM) via IDOC, qRFC, Webservice
• Experience in international ERP rollouts (5–10 years)
• Experience presenting/moderating/guiding process workshops
• Experience in managing external resources
• Experience in key-user trainings
• Experience in project management for sub-projects
