In this Global Total Rewards Expert role, you drive compensation and benefits programs across Europe, aligning local practice with global standards. You collaborate with Total Rewards Partners and HR teams to manage data, processes, and communications. You’ll analyze benchmarks, support job evaluation, STI calculations, and pay-gap analytics, and roll out global changes locally. You shape compliant, competitive rewards strategies while building internal capability through training. This role combines analytics, governance, and cross-country impact to empower teams and support business growth in a global logistics leader.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support European compensation u0026 benefits processes aligned with global standards
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for benchmark analysis, job evaluation, international transfers, STI calculations, and pay gap analytics
• Provide second-level support and expert guidance on Total Rewards to local HR and business stakeholders
• Deliver training and ongoing support to HR teams on compensation frameworks




• Monitor local market data to inform competitive and compliant Total Rewards strategies
• Assist rollout of global initiatives at country level ensuring adoption by local HR teams
• Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements and adapt general frameworks accordingly
• Identify process improvements and propose enhancements based on market trends and regulatory developments
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in analytical roles within Compensation u0026 Benefits, Finance, or related functions in a global organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, xqbhyrx Finance, or similar
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of legal, tax, and employment law
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets
• Advanced Excel and BI/data visualization experience (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE) and/or CCP, GRP certifications
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to handle confidential information under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
