As a Clinical Development Medical Director, you will steer the science shaping future therapies and lead global clinical strategy. You sit at the nexus of medical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive high-impact programs from early research to filing. You’ll influence regulatory strategy and guide pivotal development decisions across neuroscience-focused indications, with a potential emphasis on neuromuscular disorders and gene therapy. This role offers global impact within a dynamic, collaborative environment and a chance to advance patient outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical input across assigned global clinical development programs
• Lead the development of clinical sections for regulatory submissions, briefing documents, and investigator materials
• Drive execution of clinical programs in partnership with trial leaders and cross-functional global teams
• Oversee trial data review, interpretation, and reporting including clinical study reports and publications




• Support benefit-risk assessment and safety monitoring in collaboration with patient safety teams
• Engage with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards
• Contribute to clinical strategy, standards development, and global initiatives across the development function
Responsabilidades
• Medical degree with clinical training and specialization in Neuromuscular or Neuroscience/Neurodegeneration and/or Movement disorders
• Experience in Gene Therapy research, especially CAR-T (highly desirable)
• Several years of experience in clinical research or global drug xqbhyrx development across early and late phases
• Proven experience leading or contributing to general clinical trials (planning, execution, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and clinical data
• Experience working in global, cross-functional, matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
