In this role you will contribute to building scalable digital health solutions that advance clinical research and patient care. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver end-to-end software that leverages data and analytics to improve health outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and developer experience. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on engineering with collaboration across functions to drive meaningful impact.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using a modern frontend framework (React) and backend languages (TypeScript/Node.js or Python)
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate services across AWS infrastructure
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including multi-environment promotions and rollback mechanisms
• Apply testing strategies (Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright) and treat tests as first-class artifacts
• Ensure GxP alignment through traceability, validation, and audit-ready evidence via pipelines
• Design and integrate systems using MCP patterns for tool orchestration and automation
• Use Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and clear acceptance criteria
• Communicate clearly in English to explain complex topics and drive consensus
Responsabilidades
• Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React)
• Backend language proficiency (TypeScript/Node.js or Python)
• RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on AWS CDK and core AWS services (IAM, Lambda, ECS/Fargate or EKS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB)
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience with Cucumber (Gherkin) and Playwright xqbhyrx for E2E/UI testing; contract testing
• GxP understanding and ability to produce audit-ready evidence
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) pattern experience
• Jira usage for backlog hygiene, sprint planning, and reporting with clear acceptance criteria
• Strong written and spoken English communication
