In this role you will lead global transparency reporting efforts across the EMEA region, ensuring regulatory and industry code compliance. You will guide governance, data quality, and process improvements to deliver accurate disclosures. You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Tech stakeholders to drive reporting excellence. This is an opportunity to shape transparency programs in a global healthcare leader and contribute to responsible reporting and governance.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage end-to-end execution of global transparency reporting activities (planning, data collection, validation, submission, post-submission corrections) and ensure local compliance.
• Lead governance processes including reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Provide leadership for complex reporting activities, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement with HCC, Legal, Finance, and Business Technology to align reporting requirements and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data quality,
and efficiency across the organization.
• Partner with transparency reporting solutions, data management, and tech to design scalable, automated reporting capabilities.
• Oversee analytics and visualization to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop training programs and knowledge management to strengthen transparency reporting capability. xqbhyrx
• Assist with regulatory intelligence and translate changes into actionable reporting requirements
• Other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years in HCC or related compliance function
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects
• Ability to source and consolidate data for quantitative analysis
• Experience with database and reporting tools
• Experience with recurring complex compliance or regulatory reporting
• Experience supporting operational excellence or process improvement
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
