In this role, you will lead design efforts for post-occupancy tenant improvements and select new site expansions across the EMEA portfolio. You’ll work with the Global Design team and regional partners to align projects with corporate workplace concepts, while refining spaces based on data and user needs. The position blends autonomy with collaboration in a fast-paced setting, delivering thoughtful design solutions and scalable guidelines. You’ll contribute to an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture and help elevate Amazon’s workspace standards across regions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee design of post-occupancy tenant improvements and small/medium new site projects, leading space design based on user needs and technical requirements
• Collaborate with external design teams on select projects (Architect of Record) and align designs with the Global Design concept
• Inform the Workplace Guidelines u0026 Standards team on design elements to translate into general guidelines
• Identify and implement continuous design refinements using operational data and customer insights
• Work cross-functionally with regional peers to ensure a consistent customer experience while respecting local nuance
• Collaborate with regional partner teams (Portfolio Management, Sustainability, EHS, Travel and Events) to elevate program deliverables focusing on resiliency, efficiency, health, and safety
• Engage with external industry bodies to xqbhyrx adopt new standards, practices, and innovations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements
• Experience in project and program management
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Ability to communicate with all levels (technical, business, executive)
