Lead Test Data Specialist in Madrid, hybrid. You will shape test data strategy and design/provision datasets across environments to enable quality testing in a regulated financial setting. You’ll collaborate with test management, automation, and delivery teams to support scalable testing through CI/CD integrations and masking automation. You will drive data integrity, compliance, and readiness of data assets for complex financial scenarios, acting as a bridge between product owners and testing teams. This role offers impact by enabling reliable, secure, and efficient testing across the software lifecycle.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement test data strategy and governance
• Design, extract, transform and provision datasets for UAT, TST50, TST60
• Maintain referential integrity across interconnected systems
• Develop reusable, synthetic and masked datasets to mirror business scenarios




• Coordinate refreshes and population activities with environment owners
• Automate test data provisioning using SQL, Python, Shell and CI/CD tools
• Maintain centralized inventory of test datasets and metadata
• Serve as primary contact for test data needs from product owners and testing teams
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in test data handling
Responsabilidades
• Experience leading test data operations in regulated environments xqbhyrx
• Proficiency in designing and provisioning test datasets across multiple environments
• Strong SQL, Python, and Shell scripting skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and containerization (Docker)
• Knowledge of data masking, synthetic data, and data integrity
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and product owners
• Experience ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements
