You will own end-to-end product strategy across multiple markets, shaping seamless, omnichannel journeys that drive conversion and customer value. You'll partner with local banks, tech teams, and stakeholders to balance global standardization with local needs, delivering scalable capabilities with a strong user-centric focus. Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Decide u0026 Invest customer mission
Design end-to-end, omnichannel investment journeys across onboarding, profiling, suitability, portfolios, execution and servicing
Translate strategy into detailed functional requirements and a unified investment experience across capabilities
Lead end-to-end product delivery, coordinating with Product Owners, countries, technology teams and stakeholders
Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive adoption, rollout, and continuous improvement
Drive cross-country delivery while balancing global standardisation with local regulatory and business needs
Improve customer experience through data-driven decisions and friction reduction across journeys




Act as voice of the customer to shape priorities and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining simplicity
Responsabilidades
8+ years in product management or similar roles in digital environments
Experience owning digital products or leading complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders
Strong background in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, e-commerce or online platforms
Experience leading multi-country digital initiatives
Solid understanding of Agile delivery and digital product development
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior stakeholders
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear strategies and roadmaps
Good understanding of technology concepts and development principles
Strong product mindset with customer obsession and hands-on execution
UX-oriented with high attention to detail
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
