Experteer Overview In this role, you will partner with the EMEA sales leadership to shape and execute deal strategies that maximize revenue while delivering value to customers on time. You will own deal governance, pricing, and commercial proposals, integrating cross‑functional input from Legal, Revenue, and Sales to ensure compliant, compelling offers. You’ll lead regional deal strategy, forecast guidance, and post‑mortem reviews to improve win rates and streamline quote‑to‑cash processes. This position offers room to influence how Cisco scales deal optimization across the EMEA region.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
Guide sales on optimal deal structures and participate in forecast calls
Proactively drive revenue growth through inventive deal structures and collaboration with sales leadership
Serve as subject matter authority on sales processes (Early Renewals, Order Docs, Licensing Models, Programs, Pricing, Conversion Programs)
Develop pricing strategies with sales teams to build compelling commercial proposals




Identify new solutions to address sales issues and increase win rates; train sales on new programs
Lead month‑end war rooms to address deal structure, closing, and booking timelines
Compose customer Order Documents and coordinate with Legal and Revenue Recognition for customised terms and approvals
Responsabilidades
5-10 years of applicable experience
comfortable with deadlines and matrix/virtual organizations
strong data management, data quality, and presentation skills
excellent interface and influence capabilities across levels
experience with Salesforce.com reporting and administration
led results‑driven sales programs; strong management and problem‑solving skills
superb interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
self‑motivated, thrives in fast‑paced environments
ability to work independently and remotely
