In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the waste and recycling collection point. Your key duties will include:
Providing direct assistance and customer service to local residents delivering materials
Receiving, inspecting, and sorting incoming items and recyclable goods
Managing daily tasks at the green point facility
Carrying out maintenance, basic repairs, tidiness, and regular cleaning across the premises
Monitoring, recording, and reporting any incidents on-site
Actively participating in occupational risk prevention and workplace safety standards
To be considered for this opening, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Official accreditation of social exclusion status issued by Social Services (Acreditació de situació d'exclusió social)




Not having been employed by a social insertion enterprise (empresa d'inserció) within the past two years
Being registered as an active job seeker with the public employment service (SOIB)
Basic communication skills in both Catalan (A1 level) and Spanish (A1 level)
No formal academic qualifications or prior experience are strictly required for this post
This position comes with a 6-month temporary employment contract with the possibility of extension. You will work full-time with a set schedule: Mondays from 17:00 to 20:00, Tuesdays to Fridays from 08:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. The offered gross annual salary is €20,073.96, which equals a gross monthly compensation of €1,672.83 across 12 payments. The anticipated starting date is September 1, 2026.
