Kick-start your career in tech sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you'll connect with potential customers, build relationships, and uncover exciting business opportunities. You'll develop valuable communication and commercial skills while making a direct impact on the company's growth.
This is a ground floor opportunity. You will work directly with the founder, shape the sales playbook, and have a clear path to a full-time role.
What you will do
Pick up the phone and call prospects from week one
Run personalised outbound outreach across LinkedIn and email
Book qualified demos for the CEO
Help refine messaging and targeting based on what converts
What you will earn
€250-€500 per monthly base (depending on if PT/FT)€25 per qualified demo booked€300 per closed annual customer€50 per month per closed monthly paying customer,
capped at 3 monthsRealistic earnings of €1,000 to €3,000 per month if you hit targetsUncapped
What we are looking for
Provable track record of cold outreach that converted, on the phone, not just LinkedIn and email
1 to 2 years experience in B2B sales as a SDR/BD/AE
Comfortable picking up the phone without a script and without being asked
Scrappy and resourceful, can work with the tools available
Persistent, curious and genuinely interested in AI and GTM
Fluent in English AND Spanish
Other European languages would be a bonus
Barcelona-based
