You will design onboarding for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, and build scalable training programs aligned with product updates and GTM strategies.You’ll define KPIs, create a competency scorecard, and partner with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure consistent messaging and execution across regions. This is a remote-first role with Europe-wide teams.
