Summary
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) OR Poland (Remote) Day Rate: Negotiable Duration: 6 Months Availability: ASAP
Key Duties
Operate and manage a hybrid general production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling).
Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001‑related controls.
Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for Required Experience
3 years of hands‑on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on‑premises enterprise infrastructure.
Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
