In return, we offer the same.What youll doOwn and continuously improve the AI tools we use across the customer lifecycle (Happy Robot, Supersonik, Clay and whatever comes next)Partner with team leads across Sales/Support/Marketing to spot automation opportunities and turn them into working, production-grade solutions, working closely with our engineering team where neededMonitor adoption, usage and performance of AI tools, debug issues, and iterate on prompts/flows/integrations tracking impact on metrics like conversion rates, response times, pipeline velocity and team productivityEvaluate new AI tools and vendors on the market, help decide when to build in-house vs. buy, and maintain those vendor relationships over time so we stay ahead of their roadmapsAct as the go-to person for AI adoption internally: help Sales, Support and Marketing teams get comfortable with new AI workflows and translate what can be technical functionality into simple, actionable habitsDocument processes and tool configurations so they stay maintainable as the team growsWork on the broader Business Ops roadmapRequirementsAbout you:3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or a similar role, with a genuine interest in AI and automationStrong analytical skills and comfortable with data: you can dig into usage and performance numbers, spot patterns,



and turn them into a clear recommendationComfortable working alongside technical teams: familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, prompt engineering, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N, HubSpot workflows) you dont need to be an engineer, but youre at ease in that worldCurious and hands-on with AI tools: youve configured, iterated on, or contributed to AI-driven workflows or agents, and want to go deeperStrong process mindset able to map a workflow, spot inefficiencies, and design a scalable, automated fixGood business acumen in order to understand where IA can have a bigger impact and apply it.A natural cross-team collaborator: comfortable working with Sales, Support, Marketing and Engineering stakeholders, and confident bringing your own ideas to the table rather than waiting to be askedA clear communicator: able to translate technical AI functionality into simple, actionable workflows that non-technical teams can actually adoptComfortable with the responsibility of handling customer and business data within our data privacy and security guidelinesExperience with HubSpot or LightdashExperience in SaaS B2B metricsFluent Spanish and EnglishWhat its like to work with usAt Holded, we do things a bit differently.
