In this role, you will be providing comprehensive support to the organization in managing workplace health and safety compliance as well as labor relations.ResponsibilitiesProviding dedicated operational and administrative support in all matters related to Labor Relations.Supporting the implementation, management, and continuous monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) standards.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure strict compliance with applicable legal frameworks, labor regulations, and workplace safety protocols.Assisting with employee documentation, workplace assessments,
and general labor relations procedures within the company.QualificationsA completed Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales - PRL) is essential.A university degree in either Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales) or Law (Derecho) is essential.A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role handling OHS and labor relations tasks.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within an aeronautics environment.Compensation & TermsContract type: Permanent contract (contrato fijo).Work schedule: Full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (either 09:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00).Compensation: Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €28,000, determined according to your professional profile and relevant experience.Location: Mallorca.
