The role will cover a broad range of CRM capabilities, including Entitlements, Master Data, Order Management, Renewals, and WXP integration touchpoints. As the specific initiatives are still being defined,



we are looking for someone with broad Salesforce / SFDC domain expertise who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Product Vision Define SFDC Roadmap: align the platform's features and strategic vision with broader company goals (e.g., improving sales conversion rates, reducing customer churn, improving customer service CSAT scores)Vendor & Ecosystem Management: evaluate third-party plugins, APIs, and app marketplace tools (e.g., App Exchange) to expand system capabilities cost-effectively Value & ROI Measurement: track KPIs such as system adoption rates, workflow automation savings, pipeline accuracy, and customer resolution times to quantify platform ROI2.
