We're here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.The Fenin Grant&PGB; Event Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of educational grants and HCP-related meeting services for MedTech clients operating under the FENIN compliance framework.What You´ll Do:Manage end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations under the FENIN compliance framework using the PGB platformCoordinate operational workflows between clients, hospitals, HCPs, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with hospitality and transparency requirementsManage attendee services including congress registrations, accommodation, transportation, and related logisticsPrepare and manage budgets, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting with accurate record-keeping in PGB and internal GBT systemsCoordinate sourcing, supplier management, and logistics for national and international events while negotiating rates aligned with compliance requirementsSupport annual KPMG/FENIN audit processes and maintain comprehensive documentation managementMonitor operational timelines, approvals, and service delivery milestones to ensure on-time executionLiaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, hospitals, and client teams throughout the event lifecycleProvide accurate event reporting and operational analysis to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with FENIN confidentiality requirements and maintain detailed operational recordsWhat We´re Looking for:Minimum 3 years of Meetings & Events management experience within Health Sciences industryDemonstrated experience managing HCP services under confidentiality and compliance restrictions in regulated environmentsExperience managing congress registrations,
