Commercial Back Office Support (F/M/X):In order to reinforce the Commercial Back Office team at the Ajalvir facilities, we want to incorporate a person who will be responsible for the following functions:Main responsibilities of the position:Commercial ProposalsPreparation of Business Case support to offers.Preparation of offers for the customer.Preparation of analysis and documentation to support the commercial action (Risk Analysis, Export Control, etc...)Support to the Commercial Team in the bid approval process (Gates, Reports, Executive Summary, Analysis, Customer Info).Preparation and Maintenance of the Data Support to the BCs (costs, averages, catalogues,



etc.).Additional Documentation and Paperwork.BackOffice Reporting TaskDevelopment of KPIs & Reports of the commercial process.Budget & BP Integration.Support ActivitiesCommercial Team, CAM & Project Managers Support.What profile are we looking for?Education Required : Engineering degree. ( Preferably aeronautical , industrial or mechanical)Knowledge of the MRO / Part 145 Process including Disassembly, Assembly, Repair & Basic process is recommended.Experience desirable : 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Others:- High level in MS Office (Excel) package.Languages: English high level.Soft SkillsCustomer Orientation & TeamworkProactivityAnalytical Skills
