Experteer Overview As a SW Requirements and Test Engineer
you will contribute to the complete embedded software lifecycle within the Airborne Connectivity team. You will define software requirements, drive verification, and ensure traceability from concepts to delivery. You will lead design decisions and specific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-integrity real-time software. This role offers impact on avionics connectivity and opportunities to shape future technologies.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
Define and document software requirements from system specs
Create verification test cases and procedures based on requirements
Maintain traceability matrices across specifications and tests
Execute tests, report results, and manage defect reports
Track problem reports through resolution and coordinate with development teams
Collaborate with product managers, system engineers,



and validation teams from concept to delivery
Support planning, scoping, and testing efforts; assist product owners and project managers
Promote process and tool innovations and stay updated on industry best practices
Responsabilidades
+3 years of experience in real-time and/or embedded software
Expertise in defining software requirements and software verification
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with C/C++ and/or Ada; low-level development
Knowledge of system u0026 software design tools (SysML, UML); IDEs (GPS, AdaMulti, Eclipse); verification tools (Vector Cast, AdaTest95)
