Key responsibilities • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions. • Manage the full incident lifecycle,



including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions. • Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets. • Prepare and deliver enablement activities, including user training, operational guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support. • Monitor product performance, system usage, incident resolution metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators. • Establish feedback loops with internal users and stakeholders to gather insights and promote data-driven improvements. • Coordinate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, priority alignment, and efficient workflows across time zones and cultural contexts. • Support any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives assigned by the department.
