ABOUT THE ROLEAs Head of Engineering, you will work directly with the CEO and become one of the key technology leaders responsible for building and scaling a new B2 B game provider. You will have full ownership of the engineering organization, technical strategy, architecture, and delivery processes.
This is a highly autonomous C-level role in which your decisions will directly impact product scalability, engineering efficiency, and business growth.4. PROBATION GOALSBuild the engineering team from scratch Define the department's development strategy for the first 6 months,
