You'll join the Payments Squad , a high-performance team dedicated to building the engine that moves money globally. we design resilient, mission-critical systems where transactional precision , idempotency , and fault tolerance are at the heart of everything we do. Build and optimize robust backend services capable of handling high-volume traffic while ensuring 100% data consistency and system reliability. Understand the complexities of existing systems and evolve them into scalable, event-driven architectures to meet future general product requirements. High-Stakes Quality:



You will be responsible for comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and acceptance) as well as advanced load and performance simulations. Share your expertise through deep code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and documenting engineering standards that elevate the entire squad. Actively leverage AI tools and coding assistants on a daily basis to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize overall team processes and delivery speed. Our Technical Stack Backend Core: Node.js (Type Script), Nest JS (or similar frameworks). Data & State: Mongo DB (Atlas), Redis for caching and distributing locking and Posgre SQL for our ledger database Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Git Lab CI/CD (deploying multiple times daily). Observability: Sentry and Datadog/New Relic for real-time monitoring. AI & Productivity: Git Hub Copilot, Claude Sonnet, Chat GPT, and other Gen AI assistants.
