A construction company based in Campanet is currently seeking a professional tile setter to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. If you have solid craftsmanship experience in ceramic tiling and take pride in delivering clean, durable work, this position in the northern part of the island offers great stability and regular daytime working hours.
Core tasks
Preparing substrate surfaces properly for tiling and flooring.
Accurately measuring, cutting, aligning, and placing ceramic tiles on floors and walls.
Applying adhesives, grout, and sealants to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
Handling ceramic materials safely and efficiently on site.
Ensuring all tiling work meets exact technical specifications and aesthetic standards.
Requirements
A minimum of 24 months (2 years)



of documented professional experience working as a tile setter or embaldosador.
Deep familiarity with tools, adhesives, mortar, and modern ceramic laying techniques.
Ability to work independently with high precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship on the construction site.
Employment Conditions
A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) from day one.
Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, giving you consistent work hours and free afternoons and weekends.
A fixed gross annual salary of €27,431.18.
A reliable position located in Campanet, Mallorca.
