We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer to support strategic OEM and e SIM projects. This role will act as a key technical interface between customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and support of innovative connectivity solutions. As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting OEMs, ODMs, and strategic partners by providing technical consultancy, product expertise, project coordination,



and customer support across the e SIM and i SE ecosystem. Support OEMs, ODMs, and partners with technical consultancy and training related to e SIM/e UICC solutions. Manage licensed product deliveries, including configuration, validation, technical documentation, and customer support. Support pre-sales activities such as RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations. Provide post-sales technical support and act as the main technical point of contact for customers. Define and prepare technical materials, training documentation, and product samples. Support operational follow-up and project execution until customer approval and successful delivery. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields. +5 years of experience in technical support, field application engineering, customer support, or similar roles.
