By blending deep data analysis and data modeling with creative problem-solving, your work will ensure our logistics network is efficient, scalable, and fair for our riders. BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:Explore and find the most optimal logistics payment structure in order to maximize global riders engagement.You will design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, switchback tests) to precisely measure the impact of payment structure changes before a global rollout.Continuously monitor the performance of your strategies.



You will track KPIs, assess the effectiveness of your changes, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Understand and address local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the riders and truly understanding their perspective.2+ years of experience in a data analytics role where you translated insights into tangible business actions and measured their impact.Strong technical proficiencyAdvanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction.Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration.Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.Designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies to measure impact.Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment, dealing with ambiguity while maintaining a positive mindset.Fluent English is a must.Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you
