Are you an experienced craftsperson looking for a stable job in Mallorca? A construction company in Palma is hiring four skilled First-Class Tilers (Oficial 1ª) for a permanent, full-time position. If you take pride in precise craftsmanship and have a solid track record in tile and marble installation, this is an excellent opportunity to work on varied building projects across the island. In this role, you will handle complete installation projects in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. Your main tasks include:
Installing wall and floor tiles, ceramic tiles, and natural marble across various surfaces.
Executing detailed tiling work in private bathrooms, kitchens, hotel rooms, and public common areas.
Working on exterior surfaces, including roofs, terraces and building coverings.
Preparing substrates, ensuring accurate leveling, and executing clean cutting and grouting work.
What you bring to the team:
At least 36 months (3 years)



of proven professional experience as a senior tiler (Oficial 1ª).
Relevant vocational training in construction, specialized tiling courses, or official professional qualification certificates.
Good working knowledge of Spanish to coordinate effectively on site.
High attention to detail, precision, and reliable execution of trade work.
Motivation to deliver high quality across residential and hotel refurbishment projects.
What this position offers:
A permanent full-time employment contract (contrato fijo) with 4 open positions.
An attractive gross annual salary of 26,336 € (extra pay installments included).
Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, allowing for free weekends.
