Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and deliver Content Enablement Authoring u0026amp; Taxonomy products for Novartis business teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, aligning solutions with client needs and governance standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enable scalable authoring platforms and taxonomy configurations, delivering business value and improved customer experiences. This position offers an opportunity to influence content systems at a general scale and contribute to a mission-driven, collaborative culture. You will be empowered to lead delivery, manage risks, and continuously improve through Agile practices.

Leading end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product solutions across the content lifecycle
Overseeing Anthill Activator capabilities (Modular Content, RTE, iCVA, taxonomy and content distribution configurations)
Managing delivery of Authoring u0026 Taxonomy platforms and executing delivery roadmaps
Driving program and project execution with cross-functional teams and governance alignment
Ensuring adherence to Agile/DevOps practices, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Vendor management and contract execution support
Compliance with regulatory, security,



and audit requirements; governing platform configurations and taxonomy structures
Providing delivery status, reporting, and leadership insights; overseeing release planning and environment management
Maintaining platform health, stability, and operational excellence
Responsabilidades
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Content Authoring products
Experience with Content Authoring platforms (Anthill Activator, Shamango); 4+ years with content creation platforms
Strong knowledge of Anthill Activator, Shamango, Veeva Vault configurations and capabilities
Understanding of Salesforce CRM configurations; experience with global stakeholders and distributed teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex delivery landscapes and multiple parallel initiatives
Program and project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Proficiency in English
