Our educational concept empowers all children to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum, integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world, to create a personalised, multi-age, skills-driven and strength-based system that is supportively led by educators as mentors.We are looking for a passionate Explorers Lead Educator to join our team for the upcoming launch of Boundless Life in Barcelona.Working with children in our Explorers age group (1-5 years old), the Explorers Lead is responsible for driving the classroom experience and guiding each child through their individual learning journey. You will create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore their natural curiosity, build independence and develop socially,
emotionally, physically and cognitively.Learning at Boundless is not confined to the classroom. You'll create meaningful, experiential learning opportunities that make use of the local environment and community while integrating Montessori principles and the Boundless Education Questing framework into everyday learning.What You'll DoEnsure the duty of care for all children and create a safe, nurturing learning environmentLead the day-to-day classroom experience for the Explorers age groupCultivate a strong sense of community, belonging and independenceFoster children's holistic well-being, encompassing their physical, social and emotional developmentImplement the Boundless Education Questing framework to create authentic learning experiencesGuide children along personalised learning pathways, responding to their individual interests, strengths and developmental needsApply Montessori principles and practices within the Early Years environmentPlan interdisciplinary and experiential learning opportunities incorporating the local environment and communityEstablish developmentally appropriate goals with children and monitor their progress through observation, documentation and feedbackProvide routine updates to parents and carers using our technological toolsLead parent conferences and contribute to end-of-cohort Growth TrackersMaximise educational technology tools where developmentally appropriateBuild strong and trusted relationships with parents and carersCollaborate closely with fellow educators and the wider Education team to maintain high standards of learning and careEngage in continuous professional learning and contribute to the ongoing development of Boundless EducationAbout YouGeneral RequirementsExcellent English language skills; Spanish is a strong advantage for this locationLiving in Barcelona or nearby, or willing to relocate, and able to commute dailyMinimum two years of teaching experience in Early YearsExperience working with children within the 1-5 age rangeExperience with culturally and linguistically diverse learnersAble to thrive in fast-paced,
