As we continue to grow, we are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer with fluent English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support and IT infrastructure management, both on-site and remotely, including VIP user support.

Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing .
Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.
Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices .
Manage and keep the IT asset inventory up to date.
Participate in technology projects and deployments.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support .
Knowledge of IT environments and infrastructure in industrial plants .
Fluent English , both written and spoken, for international meetings. (
