Manage Microsoft SQL Server, Mongo DB and Maria DB platforms, ensuring availability and performance. Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations. Execute backup, recovery, patching and maintenance activities. Monitor database health, capacity and performance, implementing optimization initiatives. Troubleshoot complex database incidents and perform root cause analysis. Support high availability, disaster recovery and security compliance requirements.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security and service management teams following ITIL processes.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Mongo DB and Maria DB. Experience with database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery. Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity management and database optimization. Experience supporting high availability, replication and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with security, compliance and database governance best practices. Experience working within ITIL-based support environments.
