Team & Workflow Management: Manage a team of Global HR Specialists, establishing operational workflows,



setting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and defining KPIs to ensure the team executes regional payrolls with flawless accuracy.
Continuously audit existing payroll workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks. Standardize and automate processes across all global entities to create a highly repeatable and scalable payroll infrastructure.
Global Scale & Execution: Oversee the monthly end-to-end payroll operations executed by your team for Aircall’s international entities (including France, US, Spain, Germany, Australia, and remote via EOR). Serve as the authority on global payroll tax laws, local statutory benefits, and strict compliance frameworks. Modern Tech Stack Management: Maintain and optimize our automated HRIS-to-Payroll tech pipeline. Ensure flawless integrations between tools like BambooHR, and NetSuite, minimizing manual data entry and human error.
