In this role, you will be a key individual contributor, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Galtea is building the Quality Assurance stack for AI products. What you'll be doing As a Product Engineer, you will take ownership of key user flows within Galtea's AI platform end to end, from problem definition through architecture, implementation, and iteration. You will lean on strong architectural judgment and modern development practices, including harness-based and AI-assisted development, to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Full-Stack Execution: Build and maintain both backend services (Node.js, Nest JS) and intuitive frontend experiences (React, Vue.js,



or other modern frameworks), with working proficiency across the stack rather than deep backend specialization. Scalability & Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our platform is resilient, secure, and ready to scale. Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability. About you We are seeking a product-minded engineer with solid technical range across the stack and a proven history of shipping product in high-growth environments. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a full-stack capacity, with a track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing product. Working knowledge of Node.js (or equivalent) and Type Script.
