We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining Service Now solutions, particularly within Business Request Catalogues, Case Management, and Ticketing Systems. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Design, develop, and maintain Service Now solutions focused on Business Request Catalogue and ticketing processes. Develop and enhance self-service portal components, including custom widgets and forms, to improve user experience. Create, optimise, and maintain reusable server-side and client-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts). Leverage out-of-the-box Service Now capabilities whenever possible to ensure sustainable and low-maintenance solutions.



Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities within Agile delivery cycles. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes across development, test, and production environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 3 years of hands-on Service Now development experience. Strong knowledge of: Service Now platform development Java Script Glide API REST and SOAP web services Kafka streaming technologies Experience with Service Portal development, including widget creation and UI customisation. Familiarity with Service Now modules such as: Incident Management Request Management Case Management Understanding of integration patterns, including MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
