This role will help lead the Transformation Office, managing the portfolio of automation and AI initiatives from initial demand through prioritisation, delivery oversight and value measurement. The successful candidate will bring structure to a complex transformation, support senior decision-making and ensure that approved initiatives remain aligned with their functional objectives and expected benefits.
Capture and prioritise transformation demand based on expected value, urgency, feasibility, data readiness, risk and implementation capacity.
Prepare and coordinate the Automation Board and other transformation governance forums, providing clear,



decision-oriented recommendations.
Act as the functional AI Design Authority, defining principles for agent behaviour, human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, fallback, explainability and exception management.
Experience managing digital, automation, data or AI initiatives.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, risks, dependencies and escalations.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Organisation, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in telecommunications, network operations centres, managed services or 24x7 technology environments would be highly valued.
Knowledge of ITIL, eTOM, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile or process modelling tools would be beneficial. Experience with generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, process mining or digital products would be an advantage.
