Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead the EOR business end-to-end, owning strategy, growth, and general operations. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to scale our largest business unit worldwide.
The role requires 15+ years of GM/operations experience in regulated, complex environments, with executive presence and a history of scaling large P&L; organizations. This is a full-time role based in the United States.
