Brand Ambassador – Sales | Tenerife South Airport
Are you a natural closer?
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to represent leading international brands at Tenerife South Airport.
This is not a traditional customer service role . We need someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to approach customers, identify needs, overcome objections, persuade and close sales — even when the customer is hesitant.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage with international travelers.
- Identify needs and recommend the right products.
- Handle objections and close difficult sales.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver a professional, memorable customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales , preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills .
- Resilient, confident and highly results-oriented.
- Advanced/fluent English is essential.
- Comfortable selling and handling objections in English .
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and rotating shifts.
- 21+ due to the nature of the products.
- Tenerife resident — accommodation is not provided .
- Clean criminal record required.
The interview will be conducted in English and will assess your communication and sales skills.
